NATANAIL Ltd. was established in 2000 with active operations since 2007 - an industrial partner with an international network of Italian brands, modern German equipment, and over 17 years of proven solutions for Bulgarian industry.

About Us

Industrial Partner with International Reach

NATANAIL Ltd. is a specialized company with two main divisions - industrial dust extraction systems and precision metalworking. Since 2008 we have been the official representative of Italian Coral S.p.A. for Bulgaria, and since 2016 we have been a supplier of parametric safety enclosures for PADE S.r.l., Italy.

We have a production facility at 12 Iliantsi Blvd. (Kramex Plant, Sofia), equipped with three TRUMPF machines (Germany) and CESURBEND (Turkey), delivered under various European modernization programs.

We handle orders from single prototypes to series production, serving clients in the furniture, woodworking, machinery, architectural, and automotive industries.

History

Key Milestones

2000

Company Founded

NATANAIL Ltd. is registered with the purpose of developing activities in the field of industrial ventilation and pneumatic transport.

2007

Start of Active Operations

We launch real production and installation activities with a focus on aspiration systems in the furniture and woodworking industry. Activities include design of pneumatic transport installations, equipment supply, installation, and commissioning.

2008

Partnership with Coral S.p.A. Italy

We sign a partnership with Italian Coral S.p.A. - becoming official representative for Bulgaria of a global leader in the production of filtration systems and fans.

2016

In-house Production Begins

We acquire our first production equipment from the Turkish company DURMA - hydraulic press brake AD-R 30100 (100 tons), hydraulic shear SBT 3006 and 3-roll bending machine PBM 50. The same year, we also build our own powder coating line. This marks our strategic transformation from an installation to a production company.

2016

Partnership with PADE S.r.l. Italy

We begin cooperation with Italian PADE S.r.l. as a supplier of parametric safety enclosures for their 5-axis CNC machining centers. This expands our activity in the production of industrial components for the European market.

2020

First TRUMPF Laser - TruLaser 3030

We invest in a modern German fiber laser TRUMPF TruLaser 3030 (3 kW) for sheet material. Delivered under OP "Innovation and Competitiveness" 2014-2020, procedure BG16RFOP002-2.040 "Improvement of production capacity in SMEs". Total value 513,000 BGN, of which 359,100 BGN non-reimbursable grant.

2023

TRUMPF TruBend 5170

We add the hydraulic CNC press TRUMPF TruBend 5170 (170 tons force, 3230 mm length) - for precision bending of sheet material. Delivered under NRRP, procedure BG-RRP-3.004 "Technological Modernization". Total value 450,000 BGN, of which 180,000 BGN non-reimbursable grant.

2024-2025

TRUMPF TruLaser Tube 3000 + CESURBEND

We complete the modern machinery fleet with the tube laser TRUMPF TruLaser Tube 3000 (⌀152 mm) and CNC tube bending machine CESURBEND CSR 38 (5 axes, 4 m). Delivered under National Recovery and Resilience Plan - procedure "Support for the transition to a circular economy" (BG-RRP-3.008-0431-C01).

Director

eng. Lachezar Nikolov

Managing Director and Owner of NATANAIL Ltd.

University of Forestry (1999) - major in "Mechanization in Forest Industry".

From 2000 to 2017 - assistant and senior assistant at the University of Forestry, Department of "Woodworking Machines". Teaches the discipline "Heating and Ventilation".

This academic expertise is the foundation of deep knowledge of aerodynamic laws in aspiration systems - something that makes NATANAIL Ltd. one of the few companies with true specialization in this field in Bulgaria. NATANAIL Ltd. has operated as a family business since its founding.

2016

Since 2016 we are supplier of parametric safety enclosures to PADE S.r.l. Italy - a leading European manufacturer of 5-axis CNC machining centers for woodworking with over 50 years of history.

We manufacture safety enclosures for their machines, which are installed and operated in dozens of countries worldwide. Custom manufacturing in accordance with European CE certification standards.

Beneficiary of 3 European modernization programs

Our entire modern machinery fleet has been built with significant European support. All four production machines (TRUMPF TruLaser 3030, TRUMPF TruBend 5170, TRUMPF TruLaser Tube 3000 and CESURBEND CSR 38) have been delivered under three various European programs for SME modernization in Bulgaria - OP "Innovation and Competitiveness" 2014-2020 and two procedures under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP).

This reflects our strategy for continuous technological renewal and our commitment to offering clients the most modern solutions for precision metalworking.
