Precision Metalworking

NATANAIL Ltd. offers a full range of industrial metalworking services - laser cutting, CNC bending, welding, and powder coating - performed on state-of-the-art German equipment.

We handle orders from single prototypes to series production, serving clients across a wide range of industries - machinery, architecture, design, and industrial production.

Our machinery fleet includes three specialized machines from the German company Trumpf - world leader in laser processing and bending technologies - complemented by a CESURBEND CNC tube bending machine.

Tubular Structures

With both specialized machines - TruLaser Tube 3000 for precision cutting and CESURBEND CSR 38 for CNC bending - we manufacture complex tubular structures entirely in-house.

From precision cuts and 45° bevel cutting, through high-repeatability CNC bending, to final welding and powder coating - we deliver ready constructions, with no need for external subcontractors.

Since 2016 we are the official supplier of parametric safety enclosures for 5-axis machining centers of the Italian company PADE S.r.l. - a leading European manufacturer of CNC woodworking machines.

PADE S.r.l. is an Italian company with over 50 years of history, specialized in the production of 5-axis CNC centers for manufacturing complex wooden parts - for the furniture, construction, and automotive industries. Their machines operate in dozens of countries worldwide.

For them, we manufacture parametric safety enclosures - complete safety systems for machines according to European CE certification standards. This includes panels, doors, windows, safety curtains, and emergency systems.

Professional electrostatic application

For powder coating, we use professional GEMA Switzerland guns - world leader since 1976 in electrostatic powder coating technology. Swiss quality guarantees uniform coverage, high transfer efficiency, and long-lasting paint durability.

The powder paint is electrostatically charged and attracted to the grounded metal surface, ensuring uniform coverage even in hard-to-reach areas. After application, parts are baked in a special oven where the paint polymerizes and forms an exceptionally durable film.

Suitable for all types of metal parts - from tube structures to architectural elements. Guarantees resistance to corrosion, UV, and mechanical impact much better than traditional paints.
